Almost all of our VoIP customers in this channel are wholesale resellers of VoIP Telephony services, offered as part of their own portfolio of communication services. VoIP solutions are managed by an online interface, which is fully re-brandable (white label) so the product can be fully integrated into an existing service offering. All contracts in this channel include fully comprehensive SLAs and redundancy functionality to ensure optimal availability.

The Hosted PBX platform is managed using the online Service Provider Portal (SPP) interface. This powerful portal helps Service Providers to managing all virtual PBX servers at a high level, allowing the operation teams to save time on Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC). The latest version of the SPP is Web2.0 and includes various wizards to make things even easier.

We have developed additional innovative features and functionality based on our practical experience with various customers in this market. The smart-routing functionality ensures the data remains local and avoids internet connections whenever possible, thereby decreasing internet utilisation and increasing voice quality. There are various IP-Phones that can be automatically configured remotely by the server; this dramatically decreases the chances of human error and is very user-friendly.

The Standalone PBX platform is mostly used in hybrid form, when a local breakout is required for redundancy or regulatory reasons. The Standalone platform also has a white label module upon request.

Becoming a Hosted VoIP provider is much easier if you control (and manage) the network, and know its stability fulfils the requirements that a real-time service like VoIP demands. We see Citrix providers adding Hosted VoIP to their services with ease, as Citrix follows the same architecture and has similar network quality requirements. Fibre networks are also very suitable for running VoIP.
