You can configure your 12Connect SIP trunk as shown below. In this example we have used information:

account number: 65432#
inbound number: 0851234567
authentication: IP

Inbound

Go to menu option Dial plan / Inbound and add the phone number:

Go to menu option Communication / Trunks and add the SIP trunk:

It is important you enter your account number (for example 65432#) on the 'Numbering' tab as shown above.
