Axeos advices all administrators to store a backup of the (v)PBX configuration locally (for example on your PC or Backup device).

Manual Backup

It is possible to manually download a backup of the configuration files of the PBX.

• Step 1: log-in to the (v)PBX using your administrator credentials.
• Step 2: click 'Actions', select 'Configuration' and choose 'Download'.
  You will see a pop-up window stating: Backup is generated and ready for download: lsp#-backup-yyyymmdd.zip.
• Step 3: click on the link to download the backup file to your desktop.
