To create a new conference room, go to menu option Services, choose Conference room and click on the 'Add' button.

Once you have created your conference room it is accesable from every internal phone.

It is also possible to link an inbound number to the conference room, or link it to an IVR.

To internally access the confroom in release 2.x enter *77[confroom] for user mode or *67[confroom] for admin mode

To internally access the confroom in release 3 or above simply create an extension with the conference room action.
