Go to menu option 'Dial Settings' and choose 'Outbound' to create a new SIP trunk.
Once the SIP trunk has been setup, go to menu option 'Dial Settings' and choose 'Inbound' to add the phonenumbers.
The numbers should be entered in the following format: 31201234567
