The language setting affects voiceprompts such as the voicemail menu.
Avoid mixed language messages by keeping the server level language equal to the user level language.
To set the language at the server level, log-in to the PBX and select menu option System | Options | Locale:

The language set at this level determines the language used in the end-user management interface.
